Aylin specialises in renewable and clean energy project development, energy regulatory matters and energy contracting, including hedging and offtake arrangements, connection arrangements and retail arrangements. She also advises on significant energy and resources M&A transactions and unincorporated and incorporated joint venture and shareholder arrangements. 

Aylin is also a member of AMPLA, Secretary and Board Member of Women in Energy and Member of the technical advisory committee to the Business Renewable Centre-Australia. She is also a member of our BakerWomen committee and is actively involved in pro bono work. In addition, she has attended a broad range of our global programs throughout her career.
