Daniella Lambert completed a Bachelor of Law/Communications at the University of Technology, Sydney. She joined Bakers as a Summer Clerk in 2015/2016 and rotated as a graduate in our Corporate Markets, Commercial Real Estate, IP Tech and Banking & Finance teams, before settling as an Associate in the IP Tech practice group. Her work covers key aspects of intellectual property (including trade marks, copyright and domain names) as well as consumer and advertising law. She assists global brand owners with local intellectual property protection and enforcement programs which target trade mark infringement, copyright infringement, passing off and contraventions of the Australian Consumer Law, and has acted for clients involved in intellectual property disputes in the Federal Court of Australia. She also advises clients in relation to the compliance of marketing content with applicable advertising laws.
