Kerrie predominantly acts for clients in the Hotels, Resorts and Tourism industry negotiating hotel and resort management agreements in the Asia Pacific region including in Australia, Indonesia and Singapore, as well as acting for vendors and purchasers alike in sales and acquisitions of hotels in Australia. She also advises on a range of commercial real estate matters including sales and acquisitions of commercial and industrial property, leasing transactions, development work and general real property advice.
