Peter Lucarelli is a partner in the Dispute Resolution, Restructuring & Insolvency team. He has been with the Firm for 20 years, joining the Firm as a partner in 2001. His practice areas are complex commercial litigation (including class actions), and restructuring and insolvency. Peter is the co-head of Baker McKenzie's Australian class action and funded litigation group. He is also the Melbourne office's Staff Partner and plays an active role in supporting and recruiting our graduates and seasonal clerks. Peter is the leader of the Australian BakerDNA committee and sits on the Melbourne Social and Sports Committee too.
