2021/2022 Baker McKenzie Virtual Summer Clerkship Panel & Networking Evening: Instructions for representatives

Thank you for participating in our 2021 Summer Clerkship recruitment process. 

Please read these instructions before attending the Virtual Panel & Networking evening.
 

Joining our Networking Evening
 

1. The event will commence at 5:00 pm with a virtual panel, hosted by Anthony Foley and Andrew Stewart, featuring our panellists, Simone Bridges, Alastair Gourlay, Gillian Woon, Kathleen Jeremy, Gareth Austin, and Belinda Goh.
   
   If you are not participating in our Panel, please join the event at 6.00 pm.
    
2. At 6:00 pm, please join your practice group's Zoom booth on the virtual event homepage via the link in your calendar invitation (or by clicking here).
   
   Use the "Join Booth" button under your practice area description to join your Zoom booth. For the best possible networking experience, please join with your videos on.
   
   Students will be invited to join you within Zoom video booths dedicated to each practice area.
   
   Throughout the evening, candidates will move between your practice group booths to network with you and hear more about your areas of practice. Candidates will be able to ask questions verbally or via the Zoom meeting chat function.
   
   The event will conclude at 8:00 pm.

Practice Groups & Buddy Hosts

Each Zoom booth will be hosted by one of our Graduate/Junior Associate Buddies, who will assist with managing questions from our candidates. Our other buddies will be circulating around the event to ensure that the booths are running effectively and our candidates are networking within their areas of interest. Our Buddies can be identified by their specific "Buddy" Zoom background.
